Hello There, thank you for being interested in what we are building.
You are likely here as you encountered some issues in the past week, I am very sorry about that. This article should help.
The 2.9.4 version has been shipped on Chrome & Firefox. This means the following issues have been fixed:
- Bookmarks not always saving properly.
- Same happening from different ways of saving bookmarks.
- Importing bookmarks / folders is not working properly.
On the other hand, we are still facing a few other issues such as the following:
- Login/Registration has been breaking repeatedly.
- Validating a discount code may not work as well as it should.
- Your current plan will take quite longer than usual to load in the billing section.
We are trying our best to improve this. Please note, it is still working, until it breaks and we fix it again. We recommend sending a message on the chat so we can reboot the servers, it usually will take 7-10 min. Please keep in mind that we are in the EST timezone.
As you can see from the screenshot below we definitely need to look into this. If you happen to be familiar with databases and AWS, I'd love to hear from you if you have a little time. My email is: firstname.lastname@example.org

How to tell the version you are using on Chrome:
Find Qlearly. You should see the version on the top right. Or click on 'Details'.
Backing up your data:
In case you don't know yet, you can export and import an entire board. This is a good way to back up your data. Here's where this option is located.
Don't like Qlearly showing every time you open a tab?
Within about 5-7 days, a 'Qlearly Light' version will be published which will have this feature turned off.
